Who we are

What we collect and why

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and the fact that Google has confirmed it; we do not get your Google password or contacts.
• Your TikTok username, which you enter yourself, so the game can connect to your public TikTok LIVE.
• Game settings you choose in the remote (countries, gifts, layout, records and leaderboards).
• Live events from your TikTok LIVE while a game is open: gifts, likes, chat messages and the public names and avatars of the viewers who sent them. They are used only to run the game and its on-screen leaderboards and are kept for a short time (leaderboards until you reset them).
• Technical data: a login cookie (sid) that keeps you signed in, and short server logs (IP address, time, page) for security and to fix errors.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. We do not see or store card details; we only receive the status of your subscription.

Legal basis

We process this data to provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for security logs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who helps us

• Vultr (servers in Frankfurt, Germany) hosts the website and the database.
• Resend sends account emails (email confirmation, password reset).
• Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google".
• Lemon Squeezy processes subscriptions and payments.
• Euler Stream helps connect to TikTok LIVE events.

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account (write to us), we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices, which Lemon Squeezy keeps).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and take your data with you. Write to dsmereka14@gmail.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
